Chelsea fans show their displeasure at Thibaut Courtois’ comments

Thibaut Courtois finally made his Real Madrid debut over the weekend and after turning out for his new side, the Belgium worldwide aimed his cross-hairs on his former side by brutally trolling Chelsea.

He has taken digs at his former employers since and his latest comments about the club have wound fans up Chelsea fans further.

The Stamford Bridge outfit then shelled out £71m to bring in Kepa Arrizabalaga from Athletic Bilbao in his place, a new world-record amount for a goalkeeper.

The Russian was signed by Real Madrid this summer and could possibly make his debut against his parent club, though Los Blancos are known for putting a clause in the contracts of their loan players to prevent them from playing against the Royal Whites.

Courtois has since been second to Real Madrid's Keylor Navas between the sticks.

The 26-year-old goalkeeper tried to force a move to Real Madrid and eventually got what he wanted, bagging a £35 million transfer to the La Liga giants.

Bale opened the scoring with a powerful effort, the seventh consecutive La Liga game in which he has scored.

In both, the La Liga matches Madrid won but Courtois was, made to sit on the bench and rightly so because of Navas performance in both of the matches.

"In training, you see that the level at Real Madrid is high", Courtois said, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

Courtois has responded with another jibe, sneering: "I am now experiencing on a daily basis that [Sergio] Ramos is the best centre back in the world". "When you look forward, you see this wall of people, whereas at Chelsea, sometimes you could still see the sky or the hotel behind the stands".
