Cardiologists generally advise patients to avoid air travel for at least one week after this kind of procedure.

Ragland - who arrived carrying a Burberry suit bag, a possible clue to her wedding outfit - will meet with Harry's dad Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, Harry's brother Prince William and his wife Kate, and other members of the royal family that her daughter will officially join Saturday.

It is the private Catholic girls school where a young Meghan Markle first stepped on a stage, which started her on a path - nearly unbelievably - to become a member of the British Royal Family.

In the week leading up to the royal nuptials, a growing number of brands have come out with deals and promotions to align themselves with Meghan and Harry's wedding.

After Kensington Palace announced the role of the father of the bride on Sunday, it was reported the next day that he would miss the ceremony, due to his embarrassment over being caught "staging" paparazzi pictures of himself. The wedding has however been repeatedly making headlines, with the observers wondering whether the bride's father Thomas Markle would attend his daughter's wedding.

Meghan Markle will marry Prince Harry this Saturday, May 19.

On Sunday, May 13, The Daily Mail published video that reportedly shows how the photographs were staged.

Thomas Markle suffered an apparent heart attack last week and it is claimed he will undergo surgery in the U.S. on Wednesday morning, meaning he will miss his daughter's marriage to the UK's Prince Harry on Saturday. The actress' half-siblings Samantha and Thomas Jr. have not been invited to the ceremony and have been speaking out against Meghan in recent weeks.

Ragland, who has reportedly already arrived in Britain, is expected to spend Friday night with Meghan in a plush hotel before travelling with her by vehicle to Windsor Castle.

The wedding of the year is just a few days off, but in Hollywood today they were already celebrating.

That news came after Mr Markle said on Monday that he would not be at the wedding, then told the site that he was determined to make his daughter's big day and "be a part of history". With no wait at security at Heathrow Airport, she was met by Meghan's personal assistant and Harry's aides before being whisked off in a Jaguar - complete with police escort.

Meghan's full name is Rachel Meghan Markle, but as she was referred to as Meghan is Buckingham Palace's announcement it is likely she will use this name officially.

Kensington Palace did not confirm that Thomas would be missing the wedding, but issued a statement asking for understanding.
