New Clip Arrives From This Week's Opener 'A Quiet Place'

Not only has he had bagels thrown at him in NY, but he also gets stick from random customs agent who refuse to believe he's married to Emily Blunt. He recently sat down with Screen Rant to discuss A Quiet Place, a film that he both directed and acted in, alongside his wife, Emily Blunt, and mentioned that he would "love" to play a superhero.

'I went, "You know, we redid the United Kingdom version of The Office". To further explain how lucky he feels to be married to Blunt, Krasinski recalled being questioned by a customs officer that he was in fact married to Blunt, while traveling to London. The agent definitely did not recognize Krasinski, and the first strike was that Krasinski had to explain that he was an actor in a remake of the British Office TV show. The 35-year-old actress said that she has become more "capable" than ever, reported Contactmusic. "We could be announcing our divorce right now if it did go the wrong way", Krasinski joked about the experience. "I said, 'My wife.' And he says, 'Is she an actress?' I said, 'Yeah.' He said, 'Would I know her?' I went, 'I don't know, man". Especially when each month seems to bring news of another sad breakup. "Her name's Emily Blunt,"' John added.

"'So I just want to have this really honest conversation. We didn't have that conversation again for a really long time, and it saved our relationship".

When visiting his wife in London while she was shooting Mary Poppins, John had some "issues", if you will, with getting through customs. I can't watch horror movies, so for me, this story I read was as a metaphor for parenting.
