Justin Bieber spotted out with a mystery blonde Video

With his on-again, off-again relationship with Selena Gomez now off (again), pop star Justin Bieber is continuing to spend time with Instagram model and former Miss Alabama Teen USA Baskin Champion.

The pair most likely met through Patrick Schwarzenegger, who is dating Baskin's sister, Abby.

Since his Purpose World Tour wrapped, Justin Bieber has had more opportunities to see concerts than to headline them.

And last week, Justin made a rare appearance at the Midnight Sun premiere, which Patrick stars in, where Baskin was spotted as well. We have a feeling that they're still connected and they're bound to get back together soon.

"Justin seems very into Baskin and like they are very comfortable together", the source continued. "They are having fun and always laughing and flirting". Selena has worn his clothing plenty of times in the past so seeing Baskin doing the same thing has to be killing her.

"It wasn't his choice for them to split, and he is really taking time to focus on himself right now". Gomez seemed very happy on the boat with her friends and even posted a video on her Instagram page from the boat day, preaching about positive body image.

"Justin does care what her friends and family think and has tried to win them over, but some of them are just over it. She still has a lot of things to figure out and she is eager to come home to get clarity on everything".

They added: 'He has definitely been liking [Baskin's] company, but to say they are dating is a huge stretch. "Selena is fleeing Australia and headed home after seeing Justin with another woman", a source reportedly close to Selena said.

Despite all that, the source claimed that it didn't stop Justin from keeping Selena on his mind.
