Mark Cuban Allegedly Tanked His Hand Down a Girl's trousers

The Dallas Mavericks owner denies sexually assaulting a woman April 22, 2011 in a Portland, Ore., nightclub, according to The Associated Press.

A woman accused Cuban of drunkenly shoving his hand down her trousers and penetrating her vagina at a downtown nightclub, prompting a police investigation, Willamette Week reported Tuesday night.

Portland Police Detective Brendan McGuire, who interviewed Cuban by phone over a month after the incident, said the Mavs' owner denied all the allegations, insisting he did not remember anything unusual about the evening.

In 2011, The District Attorney's office determined there wasn't enough evidence to press criminal charges.

He also voluntarily passed a polygraph test, according to the report. She says that despite the fact no charges were filed, she stands behind her report "1,000 percent".

"If she told five friends right there and then, then that's what they're gonna tell the judge and I'm gonna be fucked", Cuban said.

"This incident never happened and her accusations are false", Houze said.

Last month, Sports Illustrated published a report detailing several instances of alleged sexual harassment and domestic violence by Dallas Mavericks employees, including former president and CEO Terdema Ussery.

She reportedly told police two weeks later, including in her complaint seven photographs taken of her and Cuban.

A detective in the case described two of the photos as "significant" in his report, according to Willamette Week. The woman appeared to have a "look of surprise and strain" in some of the photos, the officer noted.

"She will not participate in a criminal prosecution and agrees her claim can not be proven", the memo reads. For what it's worth, the alleged victim claimed Cuban seemed heavily intoxicated at the time of the incident.

Cuban, she said, appeared "very drunk". "While in the bar did you stick your finger in any woman's vagina?"

"There is no evidence to corroborate the complainant's statement and there is evidence contradicting the claim", prosecutors wrote in a report explaining why they weren't pursuing the case, adding that the woman didn't want to proceed either.
