Google's app emphasizes a few unique artifical intelligence features available for users involving various chatbots. It's available to Windows and macOS users as well as those using Android and iOS. Google also states that Hangouts Chat will be compatible with Hangouts and works with existing contacts, so if you have been using Hangouts for a while, you should have no problems integrating your contacts with Hangouts Chat.

Like Slack and Microsoft Teams, Hangouts Chat supports chatbots. So members collaborating on a project can upload items directly from Drive and bring them into Google Docs, or Sheets or Slides said Scott Johnston, director of product management at Google in a February 28 blog.

For many small businesses who want fully integrated and affordable solutions, G Suite with Hangouts Chats is a great option. Google shared the news in a blog entry.

Dropbox has pledged to bring online even more integrations including add-ons for Gmail which will allow you to send file links from within Gmail, just as you do with G Drive now.

The list of third-party integrations includes RingCentral, UberConference, Vonage and Dialpad for communications; Xero for accounting; Disco, Polly and Zenefits for HR; Salesforce for customer relations management; and Jira and Trello for project management.
