Winston, Bucs stun Saints in season finale

But the Saints (11-5) still won the NFC South as Carolina (11-5) fell to Atlanta, 22-10, and lost the tiebreaker to New Orleans because of two losses to the Saints.

Jackson (ankle) and Ayers (shoulder) were among Tampa Bay's inactives for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints at Raymond James Stadium.

The Bucs came up empty on their next drive but special teams would come up huge as Tampa Bay punted the ball away.

The Saints didn't end the regular season the way they wanted, losing to the Bucs, 31-24.

But Saints return man Tommylee Lewis was stripped by Tampa Bay's Josh Robinson and the fumble was recovered by Isaiah Johnson, who scooped it up and scored from the 7.

Tampa made the final 31-24 when it made a two-point conversion after the Godwin touchdown. Although the Bucs are sitting at 4-11 and have been eliminated from playoff contention, their goal is to still finish the season off strong when the two teams face off today. Murray's extra-point attempt gave the Bucs a 20-17 lead.
