It's possible that Apple has another phone in the pipeline, however, as a recent report from China's Economic Daily News suggests that the iPhone SE 2 launch date might be as early as Q1 2018.

The smartphone will produce experts of the company Wistron dealing with iPhone release SE in India. Currently, the iPhone SE sells in 16GB and 64GB capacities, so a jump to 32GB for the base model would be welcomed. The iPhone SE in comparison has the Apple A9 processor.

The iPhone SE has a 4-inch screen, much smaller than the 4.7-inch display on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8.

Now that the iPhone 8 and iPhone X are official, and are available in most countries including Malaysia, what about Apple's "affordable" iPhone SE?

In case you forgot, Apple still has a smaller iPhone in its lineup, the iPhone SE. It is an exciting time for Apple fans as we are expected to see three new iPhone X variants and a new SE next year.

The new iPhone SE 2 will be priced at close to $349, nearly half the going price for Apple's latest release, the iPhone X.

Well, Apple is moving with the trend like any other OEMs, releasing its iPhone 8 with 4.7-inch screen, iPhone 8 Plus with 5.5-inch and the ultimate flagship iPhone X with 5.8-inch. The device will be selling worldwide, despite only being made in India, and the shipments should kick off sometime in March. Also, it is tipped that the iPhone SE 2 might be priced starting from $450.
