Restaurants Offer Freebies For Veterans, Active Duty Military Members

Non-veteran customers who get a haircut Saturday receive a free haircut card to give to a veteran.

Olive Garden is having a Veterans Day free meal for all active military and military veterans on Saturday, Nov. 11th.

Red Lobster - Free appetizer or dessert on Saturday Nov. 11, 2017, for veterans, active duty military and reservists.

A 10% discount is also offered to all other military veterans on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Veterans Day.

Many restaurants are celebrating Veterans Day by giving veterans and active duty military members free food or drinks.

For those that have served our great country, Knott's Berry Farm is offering free admission to its thrilling theme park to all branches of the military.

Denny's Restaurant (Nashua, Salem): Active, inactive and retired military personnel get a free "Build your Own Grand Slam" on Friday, Nov. 10, from 5 a.m. -noon.

Texas Roadhouse on Saturday, November 11, will let military personnel and veterans select from a free special veterans lunch menu, including a beverage and sides.

Little Caesar's: Free pizza and soda lunch combo from 11 a.m.to 2 p.m.

Buffalo Wild Wings will be offering active retired armed services members a free small traditional or boneless wings and side of fries for dine-in on November 11th. In addition, now through November 11, for every Veterans Day Starbucks Card or eGift purchased, Starbucks will contribute $5 to help support programs assisting service members, military spouses and veterans. For every Starbucks VIA® Instant purchase made on starbucks.com/shop in the U.S., Starbucks will make a matching donation of Starbucks VIA® Instant to the USO.

All active, retired military and veterans get a free Bloomin Onion and a beverage. Items include a 6-ounce sirloin steak, pork chop, and a pulled pork dinner.

Note: Many of the offers require proof of military service.

STARBUCKS: Starbucks on 17th street in Idaho Falls is offering a tall, free, brewed coffee for vets on Saturday.

Colorado Family Dentists is offering free dental care to military, veterans and their immediate family on FRIDAY, November 10. Customers should call proof of service to their server before ordering their meal.

Brides Across America will offer free wedding gowns to qualified military brides during the month of November.

Ruby Tuesday: Free appetizer-up to $10-for all Veterans on November 11.

Texas Roadhouse - Texas Roadhouse is offering all active, retired or former US military the choice of a free entrée from a list of 10 special meals during lunch on Veterans Day.

Applebee's - Free entree for Veterans.

TR representatives say, "Texas Roadhouse appreciates the sacrifices made by these courageous men and women and each year recognizes their commitment to protecting our nation by hosting a free lunch in their honor". They will also get a $5 coupon for a return visit.

Free lunch item up to $12 on Saturday from 11 a.m.to 2 p.m.
