Announcing the OnePlus 5T event on Twitter, the company's official account posted: "Get ready for #ANewView". The back camera, as revealed by the benchmark listing may come with two 16-megapixel sensors.

Unsurprisingly no additional details like specs or pricing were mentioned, presumably that will be shared at the event itself, although last we heard OnePlus could be pricing the phone under $600.

OnePlus on Monday confirmed that the wait to find out what's in store won't be much longer at all. On the front, a 20-megapixel selfie snapper is listed, which is an upgrade compared to its predecessor.

On the software front, the 5T is very likely to run Android 8.0 Oreo-based OxygenOS right out of the box.
